Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Research and identify decision-makers, influencers, and relevant groups on LinkedIn to expand professional networks.
- Personalize connection requests, follow-ups, and message sequences to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn outreach with lead generation and business development goals.
- Manage LinkedIn messaging campaigns, nurture conversations, and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Support digital PR, guest posting, and link-building initiatives through LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Track, analyze, and report LinkedIn outreach performance (connection rate, response rate, conversions).
- Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices, content trends, and outreach automation tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B marketing.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional, persuasive messages.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Dux-Soup, LinkedHelper), and CRM systems.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong research skills to identify target accounts and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
