Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering and analyzing data, and proposing innovative solutions to improve processes and support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6 months – 1 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong exposure to ERP systems
