Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at IPIX Technologies. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to human resources management, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive work environment, actively involved in fund collection and followup from clients based on the assigned invoices and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualification
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
